Which payment methods do you accept?

II. Order Management & Tracking

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because we are a dedicated team, we begin prepping and packing your items almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. We can only accept modifications or cancellations requested by 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed. Please reach out to service@buravioncosh.com instantly if you need an adjustment.

How do I know my order went through?

Immediately after a successful checkout, a summary page will appear. Within minutes, you should receive an automated confirmation email containing your Unique Order ID. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders.

III. Shipping, Returns & Troubleshooting

What if I receive the wrong item?

We take immense pride in our accuracy, but on the rare occasion a human error occurs, we make it right immediately. Simply email a photo of the incorrect item along with your Order ID to service@buravioncosh.com. We will rush the correct item to you at no additional cost. As a thank you for your patience, you are welcome to keep the original item as a gift from us.

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is the core of our business. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our support team at service@buravioncosh.com. We review every return request on a case-by-case basis to ensure we provide a solution that truly works for you.

IV. The Shopping Experience

How do I manage the items in my cart?

Click the Cart icon at the top of buravioncosh.com to see your selections. You can update quantities by entering a new number in the box or remove an item entirely by selecting the "Remove" link. Your subtotal will adjust in real-time.

Which browsers provide the best experience?

For a smooth, glitch-free journey, we recommend using the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
