We provide a 60-day return window from the date your package arrives, giving you ample time to ensure your new essential is the right fit.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible, your item must remain in the same state you received it—completely unused, unworn, and tucked into its original boutique packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: As a small team, having your order number or receipt handy helps us find your details instantly.
  • Direct Returns: Please do not ship your items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized by our team and sent to our specific Simi Valley studio. Contact service@buravioncosh.com to begin.

We believe in honest service without hidden "fine print" or surprise deductions.

  • Zero Restocking Fees: We don't believe in charging you for changing your mind. You will never face a restocking fee at Buravioncosh.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs associated with returning an item. You will only be charged a maximum of one shipping fee for the entire return process.

3. Rapid-Action Cancellations

We move quickly to get your order to your door, which means our window for changes is narrow but efficient.

  • Before Processing: If you decide to cancel before we have dispatched your package, we offer a full, immediate refund.
  • After Dispatch: Once an item is with the courier, we cannot intercept it. Please accept the delivery and then follow our standard return procedure to send it back to our studio.
